Linja takes care of ocean rates, custom’s rates and clearances and organizes Door-to-Door transport. Of course we can also provide storage, handling, pick-and-pack and all other related activities in the logistics chain.

Europe

Europe transportation can be done best by specialists. Through coverage of all European countries in co-operation with local partners we can offer the best way of transport for your goods. We work together with carefully selected partners with good knowledge of the local markets. Of course transport per container vessel is the most used way of transport, but all sorts of commodities, such as pump casings, aircraft wings and other conventional cargoes are carried. Linja Logistics offers you an exquisite concept of warehousing which gives you the flexibility to operate on the European market and gain full profit.

We offer warehousing and distribution centres in the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden and Dominican Republic,all equipped with the modern demands in areas as cross docking and stock control. At these sites we can offer all you need in pick-and-pack, handling of return goods, manufacturing, packing etc. All activities are customer dedicated.

Groupage is the collection of shipments from various shippers. These shipments will be sorted by country or area, loaded together and shipped.

For these services we do co-operate with special selected partners. Linja is specialised in groupage services from the Far East (China, Vietnam, Singapore etc.) and to the Scandinavian countries Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

The difference in service is very clear in the costs. The advantage of the special selected partners is that we can offer distribution all over the above countries, summer and winter! This leads to very frequent and therefore very fast deliveries. Commitment towards our clients and their commodities is one of the building stones in our organisation.
